Job Summary
Design and develop electrical systems for HVAC products, including control panels, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical. Create detailed drawings, validate control strategies for systems like AHUs and chillers, and select components such as sensors, PLCs, and drives. Ensure designs comply with international standards including UL, CE, and NEC while collaborating with mechanical, software, and systems teams. Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities, and participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and design improvements. Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and design reports. Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3–4 years of related experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- At least 3 - 4 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components (Chillers, AHUs, HVAC controls)
- Experience in electrical design and schematic development
- Hands-on experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc.)
- Good understanding of control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and sensors
- Knowledge of electrical standards and safety regulations
- Understanding of panel design and wiring practices

- Exposure to Digital Twin / system modeling
