Job Summary
Execute strategic initiatives requiring advanced data and analytical support to deliver results against key performance metrics. Optimize production plans and planning tools to support plant function, while developing models to monitor facility capacity, machinery usage, and labor. Partner with plant teams to establish process expertise, create trusted relationships, and drive change recommendations to the fulfillment network. Develop innovative ways to make data actionable by building processes to collect, store, and visualize operational data. Leverage fulfillment KPIs to identify and quantify opportunities for process improvement, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to operations leadership. This role requires at least 25% travel and is based in Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations analytics
- 3+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS & common coding languages
- Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
- This position requires at least 25% travel

- Background in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math preferred
- Excellent analytical skills; strong capabilities in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Scripts
