Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement

Job Summary
Conduct detailed evaluations of current operational processes to identify improvement areas and optimization opportunities. Design and lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Coordinate the implementation of new strategies and solutions while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to assess initiative effectiveness. Generate detailed progress reports for senior leadership and develop training programs for employees on continuous improvement techniques and operational best practices. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field with at least five years of experience in continuous improvement projects within the logistics sector.
Required Qualifications
- Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o a fin.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en Proyectos de Mejora Continua e Implementaciones.
- Indispensable experiencia en el sector logístico
- Manejo de algún sistema WMS.
- Conocimiento en la implementación de Metodologías de Mejora Continua.
- Indispensable Ingles avanzado a nivel conversacional.
