Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Consumer Insights role on-site 2-3 days per week at a client office in Chicago, focusing on delivering data-driven analyses and actionable insights from Circana data to support client decision-making. Responsibilities include delivering insight-led solutions and presentations (Excel/PowerPoint), serving as a primary client contact to ensure high-quality service, collaborating cross-functionally to plan and execute client projects, building strategic client relationships through proactive communication, leveraging Circana data sets and tools to respond to inquiries, and applying advanced analytic skills to generate insights that inform client strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years’ experience in analytical or market research role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in consumer, POS, custom and/or syndicated research in food/foodservice an asset.
- Experience accurately interpreting data and clearly articulating findings into cohesive and succinct stories.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities against pressing deadlines; strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
