Senior Analyst Collector

Senior Analyst Collector responsible for operational delivery (90%) and team management (10%), overseeing accounts with portfolios of $20M+, driving past-due reduction to 3% or less, coordinating with Credit and Cash departments, performing reconciliations, supporting audit processes (KPMG) and providing information for Insurance broker, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/14001 standards and internal procedures. Key duties include locating and contacting debtors to inquire about payment status, negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans, handling inquiries and complaints, updating account status, and alerting leadership when collection actions are required. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, at least 2 years of experience in SAP, accounts receivable, general accounting, or bookkeeping, and English language proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
