Job Summary
Senior Analyst Collection at Ecolab in Pune leads and supports collections activities across sales, customer service, and finance. Responsibilities include resolving billing or statement issues, processing unapplied cash, reconciling orders with customer records, issuing and monitoring dunning letters, overseeing auto-dunning, assessing credit risk for overdue accounts, coordinating with legal for advanced recovery actions, maintaining collection tracking and follow-up dates, contacting customers to collect payments, handling escalated collection cases, negotiating payment solutions, and preparing performance trend reports for Top 80 customers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 5–7 years of collections or credit analysis experience, proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems, and strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
