Job Summary
Gather, synthesize, and interpret clinical, scientific, and competitive intelligence from diverse secondary sources to support market, pipeline, and landscape analyses. Track competitor activities, clinical developments, and emerging trends within assigned therapy areas, preferably Immunology. Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve research efficiency and insight generation, then develop clear, insight-driven reports, trackers, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Contribute to actionable recommendations under guidance from senior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into business discussions. Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of outputs while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 2–4 years of experience and immediate availability are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, analytics, or consulting within pharma/biotech/healthcare
Desired Qualifications
- advanced degree (MBA, M.Pharm., M.Tech., or equivalent)
- Exposure to a therapy area such as Immunology
- Familiarity with industry databases such as Citeline, AlphaSense, Cortellis, and Evaluate Pharma
- Basic understanding of AI/GenAI tools and data analytics platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a 1-month notice period
