Senior Analyst - Category Management

Job Summary
Lead or support Category Management projects and initiatives by engaging with internal departments and supplier partners. Review Associate and Analyst work, effectively evaluate large data sets to identify trends, and recommend solutions based on business impact. Take direction from Category Managers to maintain costs by product group and geographies, analyze non-stock orders for new part number creation, and develop e-commerce pricing strategies with the digital team. Manage tactical supplier relationships, identify cost improvement opportunities, and assist in developing marketing collateral while maintaining product specifications and images. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in sales or marketing, and strong analytical skills. Full-time role with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or similar roles
- Must be self-motivated

- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
