Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and support scalable, secure, and efficient applications while collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Build responsive front-end interfaces and intuitive user experiences across devices, alongside developing back-end functionality including server-side logic, database integrations, and APIs. Manage SQL database development, maintenance, performance tuning, and security, while troubleshooting and validating applications to ensure reliable functionality. Maintain documentation for owned applications and provide backup support for others. Stay current with emerging technologies and modern development practices, regularly reviewing application performance and stability. Work closely with colleagues in the department, across Business Services, and with lawyers to produce high-impact results for the firm and its clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C#

- Familiarity with additional technologies such as Python, Node.js, ColdFusion, Java, PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, VB.NET, VBA, Perl, PHP, and related development tools
- Exhibits adaptability and willingness to learn new skills/technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
