Job Summary
Own the internal NetSuite point of contact, maintaining configuration, saved searches, and permissions while testing and deploying new features. Translate business needs across Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain into system requirements and configuration guidance, validating design decisions for scalability and data accuracy. Manage end-to-end data flows and integrations with WMS, Tray.io, and Owlery, troubleshooting sync errors and reducing reliance on vendor escalations. Support workflow automation with SuiteFlow and SuiteScript, acting as a functional subject-matter expert across all tools to support the operating model as the company scales.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a technical systems analyst, NetSuite functional consultant, or data architect supporting Finance and Supply Chain teams
- Deep working knowledge of NetSuite ERP
- Hands-on experience with system integrations between NetSuite and across integrations (Tray.io, Supabase, or similar tools), coordinating with vendors / managed-service partners
- Familiarity with supply chain and accounting operations
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with vendors as needed
- Strong communicator who can translate system complexity into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to help build an early-stage CPG company and a willingness to learn
- Experience in a high-growth or CPG, operations-heavy environment
