Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Imaging – Claims Services responsible for accurate intake, classification, processing, and management of claim-related documentation within the Walmart Evidence Repository (WER) and associated systems. Analyzes and triages incoming claim-related communications and documentation; processes, indexes, archives, and manages documents; supports bill matching, CAS reviews, 360° video evidence management, and eDiscovery requests; ensures documentation integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with SOPs and policies; collaborates with the Claims Center of Excellence to enable efficient claims handling and compliance; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in document processing, claims support, or back-office operations; proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working across multiple systems; strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
