SENIOR ANALYST, BUSINESS PLANNING AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Job Summary
Support the performance and planning strategy of client-facing business lines under the COO by developing forecasting models and providing actionable insights. Generate insights and business intelligence, collaborate with partners to design and implement strategies that meet performance objectives, and recommend performance measurement frameworks and incentive programs aligned with field operations and corporate goals. Analyze business results to identify performance gaps and drive actionable improvement plans. Optimize annual planning processes, oversee data collection and analysis from internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Deliver insights to senior management through clear, structured presentations using storytelling and data visualization. Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools related to performance and planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence, performance measurement, operations, or strategy
- Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, financial analysis, and problem-solving
- Experience developing forecasts, performance dashboards, and variance analysis
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; ability to gather requirements and present insights to stakeholders
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
