Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Business Optimization & Strategy focused on Data Analytics & Insights. Responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality, translating business needs into actionable visualizations, and delivering on monthly/quarterly BAU reports with defined SLAs. Collaborates with business users and technical teams to validate data, perform UAT when new data sources are integrated, document data dictionaries and reporting guides, and support ad hoc reporting. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, proficiency with Tableau or Power BI and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Access, and a detail-oriented, user-focused approach to deliver reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making.
