Job Summary
Analyze business trends, identify opportunities and risks, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence decision-making. Lead projects from discovery through execution, developing scalable reporting frameworks and supporting automation, API, and AI-driven initiatives. Own data collection and feature engineering processes, interpret model results, and communicate pros and cons of project alternatives to stakeholders. Mentor team members to build competency and foster collaboration while driving continuous improvement across the department. Execute on project plans, deliverables, and communication strategies with a commitment to meeting deadlines and escalating unforeseen issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, insurance, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance or adjacent industry
- Experience building insights, reports, or dashboards that inform business decisions
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation, or Microsoft Copilot
- US Work Authorization required
