Job Summary
Senior Analyst - Business & Customer Analytics at METRO GSC responsible for data-backed decision making and customer-centric marketing across METRO’s global markets. Collaborates with international marketing teams, data scientists, and CRM specialists to analyze customer behavior, optimize communication journeys, and build reporting and automation tools. Automates CRM communications (Adobe Journey Optimizer), creates data visualizations (Looker Studio / MicroStrategy), integrates data from multiple sources, and supports development of tools/processes for customer communication management. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CRM marketing analytics; proficiency in Excel/Access, SQL (BigQuery), familiarity with GCP, and experience with BI tools; English fluency and willingness to work on international projects across 21 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- 5+ years experience in the analysis and execution of CRM marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Excel / Access
- Knowledge of SQL (BigQuery)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Real-Time CDP is an advantage
- Experience in preparing data visualizations using BI tools
- Strong conceptual thinking and a creative, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop new competencies
- Participation in international projects across 21 countries
