Job Summary
Senior Analyst Billing within OSS team responsible for the accurate processing of CPQ quotes related to client orders and billing, providing general support to sales in the creation and progression of CPQ quotes, handling queries about order status and billing requests. Requires strong analysis/problem solving skills, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and demonstrated written/spoken communication. Must have a Bachelor's degree and experience in sales support or processing of orders and billing; knowledge of CPQ or client quote-to-contract and order process is a plus.
