Job Summary
Senior Analyst role focused on supporting Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives, including day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, issue resolution, and risk/controls development. Responsibilities include managing client relationships to identify needs, collaborating across teams to align processes, developing and implementing procedures and controls to mitigate risk, producing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, identifying industry trends to drive best practices, and participating in projects to improve efficiency. Requires strong knowledge of credit operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance, plus excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Based out of Pune, with leadership expectations for team guidance and resource coordination where applicable. Required Qualifications
- Experience in credit operations and/or wealth management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and manage relationships
- Knowledge of risk controls, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Leadership or people-management experience (if leadership responsibilities exist)
- Strong understanding of operational processes within banking/wealth management
- Ability to deliver accurate and efficient outcomes across the credit lifecycle
- Proactive in identifying process improvements and implementing changes
