Senior Analyst / Associate - Fund Finance

Senior Analyst or Associate in Fund Finance focused on negotiating, executing, and managing fund-level financing facilities (subscription credit lines, NAV facilities, and hybrid structures). Responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and executing facilities; ownership of facility management; maintaining trackers for covenants and deadlines; addressing operational issues; driving process improvements; partnering with fund accounting, legal, IR, and technology teams; and supporting automation/digitization initiatives. Ideal candidate has 3-5 years in fund finance, lending, treasury, or fund operations; strong understanding of subscription facilities and NAV/hybrid facilities is advantageous; strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
