Senior Analyst/ Associate Director, Insurance Ratings, Warsaw

Senior Analyst/Associate Director in Insurance Ratings based in Warsaw. Primary duties include monitoring German insurers, preparing rating committee documentation, presenting rating recommendations, drafting and publishing issuer/sector-specific research, participating in rating committees, and interacting with issuer contacts and senior management. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and AI applications, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Hybrid work environment: 3 days in office per week. Preference for German and English language proficiency and a first university degree; additional languages and solvency/insurance financial statement analysis knowledge are a plus.
