Job Summary
Senior Analyst/Associate, Asset Management - UK-based role focused on optimizing asset performance across a portfolio of senior living, multifamily, student housing, and hospitality assets. Responsibilities include reviewing operator performance, identifying operational and service-delivery issues with on-site operators, developing forward-looking strategic plans, evaluating sales funnels and customer experience to drive occupancy, conducting detailed financial modeling and pro-forma analyses, collaborating with Capital Projects for value-add capex, developing annual business plans and budgets, and presenting findings to senior leadership. Requires experience in real estate asset management, operational insight in senior housing or related sectors, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams (Investments, FP&A, Operations, Business Analytics, Capital Projects). Travel expected; a valid UK driving license is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate or healthcare investing, lending, investment banking, or investment sales
- Proficiency in real estate modeling including valuations, returns, and financial projections
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
