Serve as a central Subject Matter Expert for the Infor CloudSuite ERP system, owning problem resolution and driving impactful change while ensuring robust documentation. Solve technically complex challenges for incident, problem, and project management, translating stakeholder needs into precise requirements and detailed specifications. Lead IT improvement projects, manage business requests, and guide teams to uphold process integrity and compliance with service level agreements. Champion continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions leveraging AI, automation, and self-service. Mentor team members to facilitate knowledge exchange and ensure a global approach to delivery.
