Job Summary
Senior Analyst for Analytics Development and Model Governance on the Fraud Analytics team. Develop, validate, and optimize statistical and ML models (including regression and XGBoost) to detect and prevent fraud; design features to improve model performance; build tools to support scalable model development, evaluation, and monitoring; conduct model governance activities (validation, documentation, ongoing monitoring); perform exploratory data analysis, assess data quality across diverse datasets; enrich and integrate data from internal/external sources; package, deploy, and support models in production; produce reports and visualizations to support decision-making; collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product partners; 2+ years of data science/analytics experience; strong Python (PySpark, Polars, NumPy, Pandas), statistics, ML fundamentals; experience with Spark, UNIX/Linux, Bash, OOP, cloud (AWS preferred); remote/hybrid/in-office flexible work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or another quantitative discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
