Job Summary
Senior Analyst/Analyst in Sales Strategy & Operations based in London, hybrid role leveraging data to drive go-to-market decisions, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards. Responsibilities include partnering with UKI sales leaders to analyze performance, build analytical tools to surface trends and opportunities, contribute to quarterly leadership reviews and strategic planning, and help design segmentation and capacity models while automating reporting processes. Required skills include SQL, Tableau or CRM Analytics, advanced Google Sheets/Excel, and strong communication to present insights to senior leadership. Preferred exposure to Snowflake or cloud data platforms and a proactive ownership mindset; role requires in-office presence in London at least 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience in business analytics and sales operations/strategy
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Presentation skills using Slides or PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex data for senior audiences
