Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable

Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable responsible for high-volume invoice processing, vendor communications (ACH & W9), vendor setup in Vendor Management Software, and acting as a liaison between Arevon and 1,500+ vendors. Collaborates with Corporate Accounting on AP entries, ensures billing and payments, handles utility vendor invoices, and supports intercompany invoice processing. Requires attention to internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements; ability to travel across time zones and work with multi-subsidiary processes. Brings experience with US GAAP, NetSuite or similar systems, and strong proficiency in MS Office; capable of autonomous work with minimal supervision and cross-functional coordination. Willingness to travel and support operations in multiple time zones (e.g., New York, London, Abu Dhabi). Focuses on accuracy, process improvement, and timely reporting to financing parties.
Required Qualifications
- Combination of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in an accounting department
- Experience working well within a team environment; experience in a shared services center environment is helpful
- Excellent interpersonal skills; highly motivated; results-oriented; process-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and related accounting information systems, or related applications in a construction environment preferred
