Senior Analyst, Accounting Controllership - Netherlands

Monitor and follow up directly with the outsourced accounting office responsible for preparing the accounting records of the Dutch entities, reviewing deliverables for completeness, consistency, and alignment with Dutch GAAP and IFRS EU requirements. Act as the local Senior Accounting Controllership Analyst to ensure accounting, reporting, and administrative routines are properly followed, including preparing monthly reporting packages and supporting Cost Sharing Agreement sales invoices. Coordinate supplier invoice processing, Oracle Finance approval workflows, and statutory updates such as quarterly VAT information and audit requests while maintaining organized files for evidence. Keep the International Accounting Manager in Panama informed of relevant updates, pending matters, and required decisions. Work independently in a lean local structure to proactively identify priorities, solve issues, and propose improvements to routines and controls.
