Job Summary
Review and assess potential cases related to safety and critical vehicle functions, then track field action progress and analyze field action data. Maintain investigation documents and ensure timely follow-up of actions while coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential market risks. Lead assigned projects and drive alignment and follow-up actions across teams, working closely with the Aftersales, Engineering, and Plant teams to handle critical field issues in a fast-paced global environment. Handle confidential and sensitive company information professionally.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in automotive quality or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering
- Good English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic understanding of automotive systems
- Experience with quality problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why)
- Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive company information professionally
- Must be able to coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential market risks
- Must be able to drive alignment and follow-up actions across teams
- Must be able to review and assess potential cases related to Safety, critical vehicle functions
- Must be able to track field action progress and analyze field action data
- Must be able to maintain investigation documents and ensure timely follow-up of actions
- Must be able to lead assigned projects and support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced global environment
- Must be able to work closely with Aftersales team and also the Engineering and Plant teams to handle critical field issue
- Must have good personal skill to become the glue that bonds the working team together with strong organizational skills
