Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer with over 5 years of experience in high-performance ADC/DAC development, seeking a candidate with strong transistor-level design skills and familiarity with advanced CMOS processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development
- Thorough familiarity with ADC or DAC design techniques
- Track record of successfully taking designs to production
- Experience with evaluating silicon on bench
- Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design
- Experience with analog and digital behavioral modeling
- Familiar with designing circuits for electromigration and ESD compliance
- Familiar with layout parasitic extraction tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Cadence schematic capture, virtuoso, Spectre and/or HSPICE circuit simulation tools
- MATLAB understanding
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be familiar with layout dependent impairments in advanced CMOS processes
