Senior AMS Engineer Leader

Senior AMS Engineer Leader leading AMS service delivery for a DXC client across Beijing/Hefei/Tianjin/Dalian, acting as the single point of contact and coordinating the AMS team to ensure SLA/KPI targets, lead monthly/quarterly service reviews, manage major Incident/Problem escalations, oversee Change management, prepare and submit service reports, participate in 24x7 On-call rotations as escalation point, and drive CSI improvements. Responsibilities include coordinating data and Apps teams, onsite client engagement, and managing a service catalog of 61 applications (Beijing RTM-I/AI/M365/Traditional + Hefei HF/CDP + Tianjin/Liaoning WMS/License, etc.). Requires IT service management/related bachelor’s or higher, 8+ years of ITSM experience, ITIL V4 Expert or PMP certification, client SPOC experience, AMS/L2 operations understanding, manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred, native Chinese and fluent English for negotiations and documentation.
