Job Summary
Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers, educating them on CLEAR benefits, and supporting team members in reaching enrollment goals. Resolve traveler and member concerns or inquiries in a timely manner while validating airline documents and verifying member identification. Balance high-volume operations with quality experiences, troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues, and serve as a subject matter expert for training new and existing staff. Adhere strictly to security procedures and safety protocols at all times. Requires open shift availability, ability to stand for eight hours, and successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable
- Successful completion of CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test
- Ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures
