Job Summary
Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers, educating them on CLEAR benefits, and supporting team members in meeting goals. Balance high-volume operations with quality experiences while resolving member concerns and escalating issues as needed. Adhere strictly to security procedures by validating airline documents and verifying traveler identification. Support leadership in training new and existing staff, serving as a subject matter expert for on-the-job guidance. Troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues within the operating environment to ensure front-line triage before elevating to corporate support.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Desire to grow into a management and/or leadership position
- Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility
- Ability to frequently lift and move luggage weighing up to 50 pounds and push occupied wheelchairs for extended distances within the airport
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform other physical tasks associated with assisting customers in an airport setting
