Job Summary
Senior Amazon Ops Specialist for remote role based in the Philippines. Design and optimize Amazon catalog structures, bundles, and SEO to maximize visibility, monitor and improve inventory velocity across multi-channel Fulfillment (FBA/FBM/SFP), protect margins, and maintain Buy Box while ensuring compliance (VAT, safety certificates, US Sales Tax). Manage brand protection and counterfeit reporting, optimize pricing and fulfillment strategies, and craft data-driven Plans of Action to address listing suppressions and account health risks. Leverage Brand Registry tools, Amazon Vine/Launchpad/Subscribe & Save/Transparency programs, and drive initiatives to expand product enrollment and performance. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and experience with Vendor Central is advantageous; capable of navigating automated notifications, audits, and regulatory requirements across international e-commerce.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years hands-on experience managing high-volume Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Experience with Vendor Central is an added advantage
- Mastery of FBA/FBM logistics, Brand Registry dashboards, and Amazon’s internal case-filing system
- Proven ability to upload and manipulate large catalogues using inventory flat files / feed files
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s backend taxonomy
- Exceptional ability to read between the lines of automated Amazon notifications, identify root causes, and craft successful appeals
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to analyse Business Reports, inventory health reports, and fee structures
- Basic familiarity with international e-commerce compliance, including European/UK VAT rules or general consumer safety regulations
