Job Summary
Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations for Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center solutions. Responsibilities include building scalable RESTful APIs, designing DynamoDB data models, developing Python-based AWS Lambda functions, modifying Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic, collaborating with UI teams to translate requirements into backend services, working with Amazon Professional Services on Connect implementations, and designing event-driven architectures using AWS services (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway).
