Job Summary
Lead and manage support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime. Develop and implement best practices for application optimization, manage and prioritize support tickets, and conduct regular system health checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, participate in project planning for system upgrades, and create comprehensive documentation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Applications Management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system optimization
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business process optimization
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred)
- Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics functionality
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL practices
