The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in private wealth distribution, with a strong track record in Real Estate sales and key relationships in the industry. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in relevant software, and required FINRA licenses.

Required Qualifications
