Job Summary
Senior Allocations Analyst for the EMEA brand stores focused on managing the full allocation lifecycle from initial allocation to replenishment and exit; collaborate with leadership to drive growth, mentor Analysts, coordinate with new store openings, analyze store-level inventory and sales to maximize opportunities, provide recommendations to the global Merch team, ensure timely replenishment and stock flow, identify shortages/overages, create return authorizations, coordinate with warehouse teams, develop SOPs with cross-functional partners, deliver weekly performance insights, and travel to store visits as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a planning, allocations, or merchandising environment
- strong data analysis skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- professional English proficiency (additional European language a plus)
- ability to identify trends and provide insights for management and peers
- travel willingness (2-3 times per year)
