Job Summary
Lead development and maintenance of multiple, complex, global and regional alliances spanning the pharmaceutical development and commercial lifecycle. Drive alliance governance, senior stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure aligned strategies, value delivery, and risk management across partner relationships. Provide input on deal strategy, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and guide governance forums to protect Mundipharma’s interests and drive sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in alliance management or partnership leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
- Strong understanding of commercial principles, partnership governance, and collaborative operating models
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Skilled negotiator with experience interpreting complex contractual terms
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of strategic thinking with strong operational execution capability
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact partnerships and deliver to agreed timelines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
