Senior Alliance Manager, London

Senior Alliance Manager role at Isomorphic Labs, London, within the Portfolio Operations and Alliance Management team. You will manage strategic alliances with partners across early-stage research to later-stage development, oversee governance and data-sharing plans, co-create joint research and development activities, and serve as the primary contact for partners. You will collaborate with Business Development during negotiation and contracting, contribute to alliance management best practices, identify value-creation opportunities, and foster a collaborative “one team” culture. The role requires proven alliance-management experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences, strong influence and negotiation skills, and the ability to guide alliances through contractual governance, milestones, and executive reviews. A advanced degree (MSc or PhD) is strongly preferred. Hybrid working with in-office presence requested (3 days a week).
