Job Summary
Senior Airport Partnership Manager responsible for defining, building, and scaling airport partnerships across North America. Serve as primary contact for airport authorities, regulators, and commercial partners; own full lifecycle from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to contract structuring, negotiation, and long-term capability building. Drive development and expansion of airport partnerships, coordinate stakeholders across supply and demand, lead end-to-end airport tenders, support airport capability building, and prepare strategic recommendations for expansions. Emphasis on influencing senior external partners, cross-functional collaboration, analytics-driven decision making, and delivering tangible milestones in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in business development, key account management, or partnership management
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments
- Analytical and structuring skills with an evidence-based approach
- Experience in leading tenders end-to-end and contract finalization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- North American market exposure preferred
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in aviation, mobility, infrastructure, or regulated industries
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial negotiations experience
- International and cross-functional collaboration experience, ideally with exposure to the North American market

- Proven track record in leading end-to-end tender processes and contract finalization

- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment and travel as needed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
