Job Summary
Conduct geometric design of runways, taxiways, and aprons; perform bituminous and concrete pavement design; and manage stormwater and utility infrastructure design. Coordinate with airports, airlines, FAA, and other tenants while overseeing construction administration and management. Lead, develop, and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity, initiating and maintaining client contact to assist the team in winning work. Requires a Professional Engineer license, 10 years of experience including two years in airport design, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or other professionally recognized equivalent disciplines from an accredited ABET university
- Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least two years of airport design experience
- Professional Engineer license
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Civil3D
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
