Senior Air Operations Associate, Hanoi

Coordinate end-to-end airfreight operations in alignment with company strategy, global policies, and customer requirements. Serve as the first point of escalation for shipment exceptions, resolving issues with urgency and sound judgement. Coach and mentor team members to ensure SOP compliance, productivity, and a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain high data accuracy and timely milestone updates across Flexport systems to meet KPIs and SLAs. Oversee billing accuracy and cost control, resolving invoice disputes promptly and effectively. Monitor and review vendor and carrier performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable solutions. Support strategic initiatives including carrier integrations, client onboarding, and system or process upgrades. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers. Supervise a small team of associates, fostering collaboration across departments. Act as squad lead when required, building the capabilities needed for future leadership responsibilities.
