Job Summary
Own 1–2 9:16 vertical short drama series from concept to finish, directing, editing, and trailer generation. Collaborate with in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation; create scripts and bring storytelling craft; work with AI Content Creators, tech team, and other Short Film Directors; leverage AI tools and learn the AI stack to deliver fast, high-quality episodic content.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
- Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation
- Experience with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance
- Experience with vertical drama platforms
- Strong communication & collaboration skills in English
