Job Summary
Senior AI Technology Strategy Lead Technical Program Manager guiding technology strategy and execution in Asset & Wealth Management Technology. Lead development of technology strategy, set priorities across technology and business teams, scope problems, identify opportunities, design solutions, and assess implications. Conduct research on technology trends and opportunities, perform competitor/industry analyses, and translate insights into actionable plans. Develop work plans to test strategies and insights spanning process improvement and organizational change. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications. Advise and influence senior leaders on key business decisions and major change initiatives. Build trust-based advisor relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction throughout engagements. Collaborate across teams and mentor junior members, managing roadblocks and escalating issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management
- Strong experience formulating and executing strategies across modern technologies including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving to translate objectives into actionable tasks
- Proven track record leading through the project lifecycle and influencing decision makers
- Deep technical fluency with current platforms, tools, and technologies
- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills; ability to create executive-level communications
- Experience leading client projects and coordinating multiple workstreams
- Ability to mentor junior team members and develop talent
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience with risk management and resource/budget management
- Collaborative mindset across lines of business and cross-functional teams
