Job Summary
Develop AI solutions by transforming customer challenges into working prototypes, ranging from AI agents and intelligent CRM capabilities to automated workflows and RAG systems. Build innovative experiences around Salesforce Agentforce and our proprietary AI-native CRM platform, combining leading LLMs like Claude and OpenAI with full-stack engineering in React, Python, and Node.js. Partner directly with business development to deliver compelling technical demonstrations, conduct customer discovery sessions, and present complex architectures to executive stakeholders. Collaborate with R&D teams to establish internal AI engineering standards, train consultants, and integrate new technologies across the organization. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you move from concept to customer-facing demo in days, showcasing your work through live presentations and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering / solution architecture experience
- Strong full-stack development skills
- Strong React and TypeScript
- Strong Python and/or Node.js
- Significant Salesforce experience
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic Claude
- Experience building LLM-powered applications
- Experience with AI agents and RAG
- Strong API and integration experience
- Cloud experience
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working directly with customers
- Curiosity about new technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent technologies
