Job Summary
Senior AI Solutions Engineer responsible for building, integrating, and scaling AI-powered solutions across the enterprise. You will move between building tooling on top of Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT, connecting AI to data sources (enterprise data warehouse, ERP, and other systems), evaluating commercial AI products, and building internal applications. The role requires production code in Python and SQL, cloud fluency (GCP preferred), expertise in LLMs, prompts, retrieval/augmentation patterns, and modern data stack tools (dbt, BigQuery). You’ll translate business problems for stakeholders, assess build-vs-buy decisions, and deliver credible operational improvements while helping to seed and grow an AI capability. Experience integrating with ERP (Viewpoint Vista or similar) and HCM (Workday) is nice to have. Equal Opportunity Employer statements are included in the posting. Required Qualifications
- Production code in Python and SQL
- Cloud experience (GCP preferred) or strong AWS/Azure ability
- Fluent with AI tooling (LLM APIs, prompt design, retrieval/RAG)
- Experience with data warehouses and ELT
- Ability to translate business problems to technical solutions and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP and HCM platforms)
- dbt, BigQuery, and modern data stack experience
- Enterprise authentication (Entra ID / OIDC)
- Track record of driving adoption of tools among non-technical users
