Senior AI Solutions Architect (Industrial Systems)

Lead end-to-end design of scalable AI architectures for industrial and manufacturing use cases, translating complex requirements into robust data and system blueprints covering pipelines, model lifecycle, and IT/OT integration. Drive integration of AI solutions into production environments including PLCs, MES, and SCADA systems while ensuring interoperability with legacy infrastructure and meeting strict reliability and safety standards. Provide technical leadership across the AI lifecycle, establishing governance best practices and mentoring cross-functional teams of engineers and production staff. Develop reusable architecture patterns to standardize rollouts and coordinate with business units, IT, OT, and external partners to realize operational value.
