Job Summary
Conceive and implement AI-driven features in our SaaS product, ranging from LLM integrations to RAG applications and intelligent automations. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify high-value use cases for AI, then architect solutions that balance cost, performance, and maintainability. Actively leverage AI tools in daily workflows to optimize development processes across the engineering team. Build rapid prototypes to validate new AI ideas before production deployment and lead knowledge sharing on emerging trends and best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform real-world problems into smart AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung
- Erfahrung mit LLM-APIs (z.B. Anthropic, Gemini)
- Verständnis für Konzepte wie Prompt Engineering, Function Calling oder Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Sicherheitsstandards in mindestens einer modernen Programmiersprache (idealerweise C# / .NET)
- Fähigkeit, eigenständig produktionsreife Features umzusetzen
- Verständnis für sauberen Code und moderne Softwarearchitekturen
