Senior AI Security Engineer

Job Summary
Lead security evaluation and enhancement initiatives across Tricentis AI utilization, including Claude, Copilot, Cursor, and 3rd party SaaS AI tools. Drive innovation through research and implementation of advanced AI security technologies. Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments; design robust AI security architectures; mentor teams on AI security best practices; collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and remediate security defects. This role combines strategy with hands-on technical leadership to secure AI systems in enterprise environments, focusing on secure design, AI model safety, and secure deployment across SaaS architectures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in information security
- 1 year of experience with administrating or securing Claude, Cursor, and/or Copilot
- Experience with threat modeling methodologies (STRIDE or equivalent)
- Demonstrated working experience in AI cybersecurity engineering
- Experience with AI models (LLM) and Agents (MCP/A2A)
- Strong technical proficiency in security assessments and secure design principles
- Preferred: cloud technologies, SaaS architecture, microservices, container orchestration
- Committed to continuous professional development
