Job Summary
Senior AI Product Manager responsible for shaping the AI strategy and leading researchers, engineers, and designers to build agentic AI pipelines and orchestrations that automate Corporate and Investment Banking operations. Develops product strategy and vision, manages discovery and market research, maintains the product backlog, defines PRDs, and tracks key metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability. Leads cross-functional teams through ideation, development, and launch, translating user and business needs into actionable requirements and driving alignment with senior stakeholders. Leverages knowledge of AI model architectures and practices (LLMs, prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, agentic frameworks) to deliver scalable, high-quality banking operations solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- 2+ years of experience in a company with strong product management culture
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience leading tech teams from Idea to alignment and through execution
