Job Summary
Senior AI Product Manager responsible for leading end-to-end product strategy and operational roadmap for AI, automation, or analytics offerings. Defines value proposition, target segments, and business case; translates business needs into clear requirements, features, and success metrics. Drives backlog prioritization, partners with engineering, data science, UX, security, and PMO to enable delivery and adoption, mentors junior PMs, and ensures governance including Responsible AI, security and compliance. Leads product launches and lifecycle management with data-driven oversight of performance, adoption, and business value realization. Requires 8+ years in product management or related roles, bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field (MBA preferred), and experience in enterprise-scale, governed environments. Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, platform ownership, or related roles
- Experience working in enterprise-scale, governed environments
- Technical understanding and knowledge of AI, automation, or analytics solutions
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
