Job Summary
Senior AI Product Engineer responsible for end-to-end AI feature delivery, integrating LLMs and ML models into web/mobile apps and APIs; design AI-first user journeys (e.g., autocomplete, summarization, intelligent search); craft and optimize prompts and agentic workflows with LangChain/CrewAI/AutoGen; collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Agile teams; implement hybrid deployments across Cloud APIs and On-Prem to balance speed and data privacy; requires extensive senior-level full-stack/backend engineering experience and strong Python/TypeScript/JavaScript expertise, plus hands-on AI tooling familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Full-Stack or Backend Software Engineering
- 3+ years building and shipping AI-integrated features
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment within a Squad structure
- Mastery of Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript (React/Node.js)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
- RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying to AWS/Azure or local GPU environments
